This page explains what HeroBox Studios Pty Ltd collects, why we hold it and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short, because we keep the collecting short too.

What we collect

If you send us a brief or email us, we collect your name, email address, company and whatever you choose to tell us about your project. We also collect anonymous, aggregated visit statistics so we know which pages are useful. Those statistics don't use cookies and don't identify you.

Why we hold it

We use your details to reply to you, to quote on work and, if we go ahead, to run the project. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for.

How it's stored

Enquiries are stored in our own systems and in the tools we use to run the studio, such as email and project management software. Those providers may store data outside Australia. We keep enquiries only for as long as they're useful, and we delete them when they're not.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@heroboxstudios.com and we'll sort it out.
